Every Passalong offering begins from the same principle: the person or family is in charge of their own records and their own decisions. Our role is to help them bring structure to what exists — not to tell them what to do with it.
We do not draft instruments, offer legal or financial advice, or represent clients in any capacity. Sessions are conducted at a calm, unhurried pace. Confidentiality is standard. Session summaries are provided to the client and retained by no one else.
Initial Conversation
A short call or message to understand what you already have and which offering is the best starting point.
Session or Toolkit Delivery
We work through the chosen offering with you — in-person in Phuket, by video call, or as a delivered kit for self-guided households.
Summary & Follow-Up
A brief session note is provided to you. Follow-up questions by email are answered within two working days, at no extra charge.
Records Handover Session
A gentle, structured session focused on gathering and labelling key family records into one clear, findable place. Suited to individuals or couples who want calm, guided help getting their documents in shape — without drafting or advice of any kind.

Handover Toolkit
